After careful consideration of the shortlisted best 25 submissions, the jury of the HR Transformation Challenge, a competition for innovative HR leaders in Central and Eastern Europe powered by SAP SuccessFactors, is announcing the finalists. Instead of four intended, five of the best and most transformative projects in HR were chosen. Their authors will be invited to attend SuccessConnect Vienna on November 28-29, a leading regional HR conference, where a grand-prize winner will be announced. With submissions from the entire CEE region, the five finalists represent three companies from Romania and one each from Hungary and Croatia.

“We received many interesting and innovative submissions and I have to say that the jury had a very difficult task to choose the four best ones, especially in the HR Transformation category it was a very tight contest. This is also why we decided to choose two co-finalists in this category. I cannot wait until SuccessConnect to meet all the finalists in person and also to see who will be the winner of the challenge,“ said Damon O’Neill, Talent Management Evangelist.

In HR Transformation category two finalists were chosen. It's Orange Romania team with project 'e-voice - Orange as a carrying and digital employer', and Urgent Cargus team for their project 'The Hero and the Expert - merging two main Romanian courier companies'. In category Development and Succession KMG International's project 'Collaboration of activities for continuous development and succession' made it to the finals. Grundfos Hungary team with 'Introduction of Self-Driven Development program' is the winner in Learning Initiatives that Impact Business category, while in Recruiting Top Talent it's Rimac Automobili with 'Recruitment Process 2.0 - Utilizing Social Networks and Company Strategy'.

One of the above listed finalists will win the Grand Prize, a session with Koen Gonnissen, the former coach of Kim Clijsters and the Flemish Dutch tennis team, Educator at INSEAD and an internationally recognized Executive Coach & Trainer, who will deliver an onsite session to the winning team and their entire company. Grand Prize HR Transformation Challenge winner will be announced during SuccessConnect in Vienna.
