Redknapp: Changes Bring New Opportunities

Redknapp finds many similarities in football and business. Both fields are characterized by managing people, winnings, defeats, lifting a losing team and team motivation, states Redknapp and emphasized that he is honored to be keynote speaker for the jubilee edition of COMBIS Conference.

"I admire technology and its possibilities, as well as innovators in this field that work on improvement of our everyday life", said Redknapp.

Harry Redknapp is one of the most well known football managers in the world and a former football player. He entertained COMBIS Conference audience with his stories recounting some of the incidents in his long and illustrious career including some of the situations with Croatian football players that he managed like Luka Modrić, Robert Prosinečki, Stipe Pletikosa, Nikola Kračnjar, Igor Štimac, Davor Šuker.

First Conference day is continued with presentations that are divided into three segments. First segment is called Digitalized Business, and it refers to presentations about solutions that are encouraged by business digital revolution. Second segment is Cloud, IoT & BigData because Cloud solutions are becoming a more preferred way of business for many companies, while Internet of Things and Big Data technologies are opening numerous opportunities that, until recent, we could not even imagine.

Third segment, Technology-enabled Business is directed on informational technologies and their business application. This years presentations include recent, innovative projects and the intention is to introduce technology through a wide concept, to, on the easiest way possible, show all possibilities and concrete examples on our market.
