Hrvatski Telekom Reports Robust Results for First Nine Months of 2026

Hrvatski Telekom maintained its growth momentum in the third quarter of 2026, reporting a 3.5% year-on-year revenue increase for the first nine months of the year. The performance was driven by sustained growth in service revenue and strong results within the System Solutions division.

Adjusted EBITDA AL rose by 2.8% year-on-year, supported by revenue expansion and ongoing transformation initiatives that helped mitigate inflationary cost pressures. Net profit, after non-controlling interests, increased by 8.6%, reflecting improved operational efficiency and a reduction in exceptional items. Total investments reached €194.7 million, representing a 7.2% year-on-year increase.

During this period, HT prioritized customer experience and consistent service quality. Concurrently, the operator continued to expand Croatia’s largest FTTH network, increasing coverage by 20% year-on-year and bringing gigabit-capable infrastructure to a growing number of households and businesses nationwide.

Hrvatski Telekom has updated its capital expenditure (CAPEX) outlook. Previously, guidance suggested a low-single-digit decrease; the company now expects CAPEX AL to remain stable or rise by about 1%. Revenue and adjusted EBITDA AL forecasts remain unchanged, with low-single-digit growth expected for the full year. HT also maintains its strategic focus on regional expansion, continuing to evaluate potential M&A opportunities.

“During the first nine months of 2026, we achieved growth despite a complex macroeconomic and geopolitical landscape,” stated Nataša Rapaić, CEO of Hrvatski Telekom. “We have made significant progress in enhancing our offerings and market presence. While we expect challenging business conditions and inflationary pressures to persist, we will continue to adapt by focusing on network quality, operational efficiency, and the strategic deployment of advanced technologies.”
