HT Reports Good Results in 1H26
Hrvatski Telekom maintained its growth trajectory in 1H26, delivering 2.6% YoY revenue growth. The company stated it was supported by continued service revenue growth and strong performance in the System Solutions business.
Adjusted EBITDA AL increased by 3.0%, as net profit after non-controlling interests reached €65.8 million, a 13.6% jump reflecting improved operating performance and materially lower exceptional items compared to 1H25. Investments reached €131.9 million, up 12.8%, underscoring HT's continued commitment to expanding fiber and mobile infrastructure across Croatia, while strengthening the foundation for sustainable growth.
In Q2, the General Assembly approved a dividend of €1.69 per share for FY 2025, representing a payout ratio of 92.8% of the Company's realized profit and a dividend yield of 4.2%. The dividend was distributed in July 2026, directly benefiting nearly 146,000 shareholders, including private individuals and institutional investors. Despite the still-volatile environment, HT expects to maintain its growth trajectory in 2026, with both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA AL projected to grow at a low single-digit rate.
