At this year’s CES in Las Vegas, Lenovo introduced a number of new consumer innovations. They include the Yoga 5G 2-in-1 convertible laptop, the Yoga Slim 7 laptop, the 2-in-1 IdeaPad Duet Chromebook, and the IdeaPad Flex 5 Chromebook.

The Lenovo Yoga 5G is the world’s first 5G PC. Supporting both millimeter wave full-band and sub-6GHz 5G networks, this device has ultra-fast connectivity, reduced latency, and wider bandwidth. First previewed at COMPUTEX as Project Limitless, this ultra-portable 2-in-1 laptop is the first-ever PC powered by the Snapdragon 8cx 5G Compute Platform. At 2.86lbs (1.3kg), the Yoga 5G with 14" screen is extremely portable.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 laptop comes with 14- or 15-inch screen. Both options have Windows 10 and the convenience of Q-Control Intelligent Cooling feature that uses AI to optimize battery life. 14-inch model comes in two finishes, measuring 0.60 inches (15.4mm) or 0.58 inches (14.9mm) thin and weighing 3.41lbs (1.55kg) and 3.30lbs (1.5kg).

IdeaPad Duet Chromebook is one of the lightest and thinnest Chromebooks in the world with a long battery life of up to 10 hours. It comes with ultrathin, detachable keyboard complete with full trackpad. IdeaPad Flex 5 Chromebook is engineered to be more secure, smart, and lightweight at just 2.97lbs (1.35kg) with 13-inch screen.

Lenovo Yoga 5G will have a starting price of $1,499 and will become available at the stores during the spring. Yoga Slim 7 laptops will be available from April with $1209.99 as a starting price for both 14- and 15-inch models. IdeaPad Duet Chromebook starts at $279.99 and is expected to be available from May. IdeaPad Flex 5 Chromebook will start at $359 and is expected to be available in late June.
