When gamescom opens its doors to everyone from 23 to 26 August, games fans from all over the world can look forward to a uniquely diverse offer on the theme of gaming. In 2017, over 900 exhibitors are exhibiting at the fair grounds in Cologne at the world's largest event for computer and video games.

The Indie Arena Booth is also present at gamescom again this year: The pavilion is the meeting point for independent developers and spanning over 1,000 square metres it is bigger than ever before. Furthermore, the Indie Arena Booth is celebrating its fifth anniversary in Cologne this year.
Over 70 developers are represented in the Indie Arena Booth in 2017, including teams from Germany, Finland, France, Indonesia, Canada, Croatia, Russia, Singapore, Spain, South Africa, the Ukraine and the USA. They are all on board - from small, experimental two-man teams, through to the stars of the Indie scene. The newcomers and smaller projects will be presented in the arcadigen Small Booth, the Big Booths are the temporary home of the larger teams.

The highlights of the Indie Arena Booth this year include the Polish Studio 11 Bit and the world exclusive presentation of its new title "Frostpunk". The Bundle giant, Humble, will be presenting the Indie title of its new publishing division at gamescom 2017.

The online platform Kongregate will also present its new PC publication. Innogames, the strategy experts for the smartphone and tablet from Hamburg and Daedalic, Germany's number one adventure developer will also be demonstrating their innovative ideas in the Indie Arena Booth.

The studio Fizbin from Germany will be presenting the second part of its award-winning adventure "The Inner World". Furthermore, Rockfish Games' kick-starter success "Everspace" and the social media hit "Lonely Mountains: Downhill" by Meganon Industries will be presented.
