Infobip has integrated Apple Messages for Business, a new way for businesses to connect directly with customers using iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch into its SaaS-enabled CPaaS offering. It comes with the option of incorporating a chatbot and digital contact center service for a convenient end-to-end customer experience.

Using the full power of the Apple Messages, businesses can build a complete customer journey within the Messages app from search to authentication, payment to delivery. Customers can start a conversation through any entry point via an organization’s website, app, and email, including Maps, Siri, Safari, and Spotlight. Here, they can easily ask for assistance, schedule appointments, and complete purchases with Apple Pay - anytime, anywhere, safely and easily - without ever leaving a conversation.

Depending on the configuration, customers can also find a business and start a conversation from within Maps, or by tapping on your company’s contact number. It allows businesses to take full advantage of in-built features to serve customers with a direct communications channel. Finally, Apple Messages for Business allows verified companies to include branded logos, colors, and imagery in their messages. Together with the “Verified“ mark next to the business’s name, the whole package provides instant brand recognition and a sense of legitimacy, all of which encourages customers to engage more, and with confidence.

Stock Market analysis for retail investors site ValueTheMarkets.com is one of the first businesses to use Infobip’s Apple Messages for Business offering. It will use online ads to encourage target audiences to engage with the brand via Apple Messages, where they can receive an exclusive report. Once the user clicks through, they are directed to the Apple Messages app where they can converse with a ValueTheMarkets.com Virtual Attendant to receive automated updates on the retail investment industry - whether that’s viewing a specific company market report, perusing the latest stock updates, or learning more about investing through news articles and videos. In the instance where the Virtual Attendant cannot provide the specific answer, the visitor is smoothly transferred to a live chat agent. ValueTheMarkets.com’s Apple Messages for the Business offering has initially launched in the USA, with plans to roll out in further markets over the next year.

“With brand loyalty for Apple at an all-time high of 92%, Apple users are some of the most devoted supporters a brand can hope for. Integrating this channel into the customer journey allows brands to showcase their products and keep the consumer lifecycle and relationship within the same conversation. It gives customers a seamless path to communicating with their favorite brands as easily as they can text a friend. We’re honored at Infobip to have Apple Messages for Business now part of our offering,“ said Adrian Benić, Chief Product Officer at Infobip.

The global availability of Apple Messages for Business is part of Infobip’s end-to-end CPaaS offering unrivaled in terms of diversity and reach.
