HT Wins Another Award For Best Broadband and Mobile Networks
Hrvatski Telekom

Hrvatski Telekom again won both umlaut 'Best in Test' awards, for the best mobile and fixed broadband network. The awards reflect the best performance of HT's networks, confirmed by the largest-ever analysis conducted in Croatia on a 101.5 million sample in the mobile network on 3.1 million samples, and more than 5,770 lines in the fixed network.

The in-depth analysis, conducted over six months, from August 2023 to January 2024, covered in detail the key parameters that define the quality and performance of the network quality, namely broadband coverage, download speed, latency, and voice for mobile network and download and upload speed as well as latency for fixed broadband. HT won the umlaut 'Best in Test' award for the best mobile network for the fourth year in a row, while HT's fixed broadband network was recognized as the best for the third year.

“During the past 12 months three independent analyses, using all three types of mobile network research confirmed that Hrvatski Telekom's network is undoubtedly the best. The coverage of our gigabit 5G network is continuously growing across Croatia, it has never been more reliable and faster, all awhile our customers are consuming 30% more data every year, with us having the largest share of 5G and the legacy spectrum which is a guarantee of further improvements and the best customer experience. In 2023 we expanded the largest gigabit FTTH network in Croatia by more than 20%, our fiber network is already available to 1.8 million people, and by the end of the year, it will be to more than 2 million. With our networks, which are among the best in Europe in terms of performance, we are creating a key digital platform for economic growth and social progress,” said Boris Drilo, HT CTIO.
