A1 Group delivered a strong performance in the second quarter of 2026. Total revenues increased by 4.2% year-on-year to €1.43 billion, while EBITDA excluding restructuring charges grew by 4.3% to €562 million.

Net result rose by 16.0% to €176 million. For the first half of the year, revenues increased by 4.1% to €2.80 billion, and EBITDA excluding restructuring reached €1.10 billion. Based on the first-half performance, the Management Board confirmed its guidance for the 2026 financial year, expecting total revenue growth of 2-3% and capital expenditures excluding spectrum and M&A of around €750 million.

“Our strong performance in the second quarter demonstrates the resilience of A1 Group and the benefits of our diversified footprint. We achieved revenue and EBITDA growth of more than 4%, supported by strong momentum in our international markets and continued demand for broadband, ICT, security and entertainment services. At the same time, we are advancing our strategic priorities: Strengthening our digital infrastructure, building a trusted European AI and cloud ecosystem based on Exoscale, and expanding our B2C offering beyond traditional connectivity. These initiatives are key to staying relevant for customers and give us confidence to confirm our full-year outlook,” said Alejandro Plater, CEO of A1 Group.

“Our international operations once again delivered solid results, with all Central and Eastern European markets contributing to service revenue growth. In Austria, disciplined cost management and ongoing transformation measures helped offset continued competitive pressure, resulting in EBITDA growth despite lower revenues. We also remain focused on expanding our customer base, which reached more than 32 million mobile subscribers and 6.5 million fixed-line RGUs groupwide at the end of the first half. Across our footprint, we will continue to combine operational discipline with investments in resilient infrastructure and customer-relevant digital services,” added Thomas Arnoldner, Deputy CEO of A1 Group.
