LeverUP Consulting: Two Days a Week in the Office

From the beginning, LeverUP Consulting has practised a hybrid model of work. The employees arrange their own working hours.

As a result of the pandemic, hybrid work models have been gaining ground in business organisations, and working from home three days a week with our employees has proven to be an ideal balance between work and home life.

Due to the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic, many things have changed, primarily how daily tasks and business policies are carried out. Most companies are now allowing employees to work from home on an everyday basis, and it seems this will continue in the future. LeverUP Consulting has continued to offer its employees the option of working from home with occasional office visits in order to provide them with a greater sense of organization and balance between their personal and professional lives.

Researchers have found that until recently, working according to a hybrid model included working in the office three days a week, and two at home. This was considered ideal for businesses to operate successfully. As of recently, two visits a week to the company's offices seem sufficient to achieve business success and maintain a sense of community. On other days employees can arrange their own working hours.

Employees set their own working hours

According to LeverUP Consulting, such a model is ideal. The combination of working from home and coming to the office two days a week makes our employees happier and freer. Not only in how they schedule their time, but also in how they organize free time, and positive results and high effectiveness follow. The schedule of an employee's working week is completely up to them. Their needs and the needs of their clients may dictate whether they work all day in the office or all day from home.

With its "modern" HR policy, LeverUP Consulting can compete in the workforce market and offer exceptional conditions, such as a hybrid work model with an emphasis on giving freedom to its employees.

As someone who is always on the move and can't sit at a desk for a long time or stay in one position for too long, I found that in LeverUP I can just go out for a rollerblade, run and even sit for coffee. Afterwards, I connect to the internet and complete my work whenever it is convenient for me. If you don't have an appointment with a client, of course. I sometimes need a break around 2pm so I can rest my head and resume work in the afternoon when there is peace and quiet at home.

We typically work three days from home and two from the office, which suits us all well since we just support each other, and, again, sometimes you need silence to accomplish all the tasks that have piled up.

After the pandemic, more than half of Salesforce employees work from home

The world's largest CRM software provider, Salesforce, follows the same set of rules. Today, working from home is quite common for them, although before 2020, only about 20 per cent of their employees worked from home.

Salesforce has no trouble working from home, despite the completion of its own 61-floor skyscraper in San Francisco in 2018! Salesforce lost $ 216 million because of unused office space in 2020 alone. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff predicts that some 50 to 60 per cent of employees will continue to work from home after the pandemic.
