HT Group members, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) and COMBIS, implemented a complex regional ICT project together at Allianz Group. They have become providers for the central Cisco Unified Communications platform through which more than 15,000 Allianz Group employees communicate within the CEE regions, Turkey and Greece.
Implementation of the advanced ICT solutions enables the Allianz Group to achieve a comparative advantage and competitiveness in the global market. The project secures a wide range of solutions, from a centralized IP telephony solution, through complete system monitoring, to call recording and centralized IP fax solution.
Support and maintenance for IP telephone for Allianz locations in the central and eastern European areas is included as well. The project scope included contracting of existing services, such as local and regional data and voice networks, LAN networks with additional implementation of the centralized platform for Cisco IP Telephony, as well as central monitoring system for reporting errors and other.

The combined team has delivered the CISCO UC platform in a very short period, and have migrated Allianz locations in the CEE regions and Greece.After migration, HT, COMBIS and Allianz started developing a complete strategy plan for development of other Unified Communications services which are built upon the existing platform and create a unique UC ecosystem.
