Infobip Appoints Mirta Pađen Lee as Vice President of People

Infobip has announced the appointment of Mirta Pađen Lee to the position of Vice President of People, effective October 1, 2026. According to the company, this leadership change facilitates its ongoing expansion, organizational restructuring, and transition into an AI-centric enterprise. The appointment coincides with Infobip’s twentieth anniversary and its move into a strategic phase emphasizing innovation, operational efficiency, and enhanced investment in human capital and AI integration across the firm.

In her new capacity, Pađen Lee will direct Infobip’s global People Operations, managing strategy, organizational growth, compensation frameworks, and transformation initiatives aimed at supporting the company’s evolving business model. She succeeds Marin Bezić, who transitioned to the firm in 2021 and has served as Vice President of People for the past three years, contributing significantly to the organization's human resources development.

A central component of her mandate involves facilitating the cultural and structural evolution necessary for an AI-first environment, characterized by an increased emphasis on adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous education. Infobip indicated it is continuing to integrate AI into its product suite, operational frameworks, and internal processes while prioritizing employee development and organizational flexibility.
