In 2025, Hrvatski Telekom continued its stable growth and confirmed its operational resilience in a demanding market environment. Revenues increased by 3.6% year-on-year, while EBITDA after leases (EBITDA AL) rose by 3.3%, confirming disciplined cost management and sustainable profitability. Net profit amounted to €143 million, up 0.8%, further reinforcing the company’s financial stability.
The investments reached €268.4 million, an increase of 10.5% and another consecutive quarter of double-digit growth in capital expenditure. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that HT reached one million households covered by fiber-optic infrastructure, representing one of the most significant milestones in the development of the fixed network and digital infrastructure in Croatia.
At the same time, HT once again maintained its leading position in customer experience in both the B2C and B2B segments this year, while €160 million was returned to shareholders – the largest capital allocation since 2013 – confirming a strong commitment to creating value for investors. During the year, Hrvatski Telekom further expanded the largest FTTH network in Croatia, reaching coverage of 1 million households and business users across the country, including rural areas. This milestone significantly contributes to reducing the digital divide and ensuring a digital platform that underpins progress.
In 2025, Hrvatski Telekom returned €159.7 million to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks, confirming its continued financial strength, disciplined capital management, and commitment to creating long-term value for shareholders. Despite the still unstable environment, HT expects the growth trend to continue in 2026, with anticipated low single-digit growth in revenues and adjusted EBITDA AL.
“2025 was a year in which there was no shortage of challenges, from macroeconomic to business-related, but also a year in which we continued to successfully develop our business. With once again by far the highest investments in the market, we confirmed our status as the best mobile network, and by reaching one million households covered by fiber, we achieved an important strategic goal and ensured the best services for our customers. We grew in the private and business customer segments and delivered the best customer experience on the market,” emphasized Nataša Rapaić, President of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom.
“We continued our transformation by applying solutions based on AI, which we are integrating into various aspects of our business. We have further strengthened our status as the favourite telecom brand and as a company engaged in important social issues. In 2026, we have a clear goal: to continue improving the customer experience, build the most modern networks, connect, innovate, and digitalize, with the systematic application of AI, so that we can grow sustainably, provide the best service, and create opportunities for the development of our customers and partners. The foundation of our further development, as well as customer satisfaction, rests on the satisfaction of our employees, whose dedication and engagement make every one of our achievements possible,” concluded Rapaić.
