During the fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, Apple reported revenue of $114.5 billion, representing a 12% year-on-year increase. Rising iPhone and Mac sales successfully mitigated a decline in the wearables, home, and accessories segment. Net income increased at an identical rate, reaching $30.7 billion.

iPhone revenue rose 17% to $57.6 billion despite supply constraints and currency headwinds, establishing a September-quarter record. iPhone Duo orders were excluded from these specific results. Services revenue expanded 10% to $31.6 billion, reaching a historic peak. This segment is supported by an active base exceeding 2.5 billion devices and 1.5 billion paid subscriptions. Mac sales climbed 24% to $10.8 billion, while wearables and accessories fell 8% to $8.3 billion. iPad revenue declined 10% to $6.2 billion.

John Ternus, the newly appointed Apple CEO, stated that the firm had executed the most significant product launches in its history. During an earnings call, he referenced the foldable market entry with the iPhone Duo, the HomeView smart home hub, and a sophisticated AI strategy for Siri. Ternus characterized the Duo as the most transformative iPhone since its inception, while emphasizing new generations of home hardware, Mac upgrades, and the advanced Siri AI integration.

However, the iPhone Duo launch faced challenges, with supply limitations extending delivery estimates into 2027 for certain configurations. Apple COO Sabih Khan noted that while production is ramping effectively, predicting the timing of supply and demand equilibrium remains difficult. “The iPhone remains our central opportunity as a personal hub,” Ternus added, suggesting the company’s access to personal data provides a competitive advantage in the emerging AI landscape.

Apple anticipates revenue growth between 7% and 10% for the upcoming quarter, which CFO Kevan Parekh projected would be the highest revenue quarter in company history. Services revenue is forecast to rise 8% to 9%, though memory component costs are expected to remain elevated.
