HT and Fina Sign Strategic Partnership

Hrvatski Telekom and the Croatian Financial Agency (Fina) have entered into a strategic partnership to digitalize financial processes. The cooperation focuses on ensuring the highest levels of security, legal compliance, and simplicity in the exchange of e-invoices, while retaining all the existing benefits of Hrvatski Telekom’s HT EDI service.

Digitalization of business in Croatia is accelerating, and legal requirements, including the fiscalisation of e-invoices, are becoming increasingly complex. HT has recognized the need to offer users a solution that is simple and accessible, yet fully aligned with regulatory frameworks. Fina, with its long-standing experience in trust services and information intermediation, is a natural partner in achieving this goal.

Users of the HT EDI service continue to have access to all familiar functionalities: simple creation, sending, and receiving e-invoices; a free digital archive; use without contractual obligation; easy integration with accounting services; a web platform and mobile application for e-invoice management; and 24/7 customer support. In addition, the promotional price for the monthly subscription and invoice sending remains valid until March 31, 2026. For Magenta customers, the HT EDI service comes with no monthly fee permanently.

In the background, Fina ensures e-invoice exchange and fiscalisation, as well as full legal compliance, providing users with an additional level of security, at no extra cost and without changes to their way of working. All regulatory and technical processes are handled by HT through integration with Fina, allowing users to continue working in the familiar HT EDI interface while benefiting from the added security of the Fina e-Invoice service.
