Hrvatski Telekom's Magenta 1, a product combining all telecom services with benefits for customers, now includes more than 250,000 Croatian households. It is the first converged telecommunications service on the Croatian market.

The company said in a stetement that, since its appearance four years ago, it has "become synonymous with a premium customer experience and brings significant savings to customers every month." HT awarded Ivan Solda, owner of the jubilee 250,000th Magenta 1 household, with 12 months of using 500Mbit/s internet speed free of charge on fiber optic network, Samsung S20 mobile device, and a Samsung TV.

"The constant growth in the number of Magenta 1 users is a clear indication that we made a great move on the market four years ago and offered a unique concept that meets the needs of users and always gives them more. In recent weeks, we have all seen how vital a cutting-edge network and content are for business continuity and life in general. Magenta 1 is an example of such a service and approach to customers," said Richard Brešković, Director of the Marketing Department for Private Customers at Hrvatski Telekom.

Magenta 1 enables users to combine fixed and mobile services so that all family members always receive more. In case of fixed internet malfunctions, unlimited internet is activated for users on the mobile side free of charge until the problem is resolved. Users also have access to the MAXtv service which can be viewed on any smart device via the MAXtv To Go application. In addition to benefits for Magenta 1 users, HT has created a unique benefit and surprise program for all its users.
