Three years ago, A1’s Intrapreneurship Program “Empowering Ideas“ resulted in a winning security service, called Offensity. Taking account of a rapidly growing number of vulnerabilities, a team of A1 security experts developed a cloud security service for companies to continuously monitor their IT infrastructures for security gaps.
The service consists of company-wide scanning, actionable reporting and European security-service. In addition to Austria and Germany, Offensity is now also available in Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, the Republic of Serbia and Slovenia.
“Within the framework of our Group strategy, one goal is to unlock the potential of digital transformation. To make that happen, Offensity helps our customers adapt to a continuously changing cyber threat environment. Rolling out the solution in a concerted manner throughout the Group is a great success of joint efforts and the best example of how to digitalize business“, said Alejandro Plater, COO A1 Telekom Austria Group.
