HT Reorganizes Its Management Board

Hrvatski Telekom, Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announced changes in the Management Board. The Supervisory Board approved the new organizational structure of the Management Board of Croatian Telecom. Accordingly, the function of the Chief Business Officer is introduced. As a result, the Management Board as of 1 September 2022 shall comprise six, instead of the previous five members.

Marijana Bačić has been appointed as the new Management Board Member and Chief Operating Officer Business (COO Business) effective as of 1 September 2022, after holding the role of Vice President for Corporate customers and ICT in HT. She started her professional career in 2001 in Hrvatski Telekom as an Expert in the Data and IP Services Department, continuing her career in the Controlling and Planning Department before becoming a Key Account Manager for corporate customers. Marijana was promoted to the position of Director of the Corporate Sales Department, and then the whole Corporate Sales Sector. Since 2020 she held the role of Vice President for Corporate Customers and ICT.

The Supervisory Board also appointed Boris Drilo as Member of the Management Board and Chief Technical and Information Officer (CTIO) for another 3-year term of office, commencing from 1 January 2023 when his current mandate expires. Drilo joined HT in 2012, coming from Ericsson Group, where he had spent 12 years in project and managerial functions related to the development of ICT solutions and the application of new technologies in telecommunications networks and new technologies. In 2017 he was appointed Management Board Member and Chief Technical and Information Officer.

As of today, the Management Board of HT comprises Kostas Nebis, CEO, Nataša Rapaić, in charge of Residential Customers, Boris Drilo, in charge of Technical and Information functions, Ivan Bartulović, in charge of Human Resources, Matija Kovačević in charge of Finance and Marijana Bačić, in charge of Business Customers.
