The mobile network of Hrvatski Telekom has once again been ranked the best in Croatia, according to an independent mobile network quality measurement by the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM). HT has topped the overall ranking for the fourth year in a row.

The mobile network quality testing for HAKOM was conducted by the specialized telecommunications company NET CHECK in April and May 2026. The testing covered 32 cities – five large and 27 small and medium-sized cities – and 2,500 km of roads and highways, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of mobile network quality. According to the official results, HT achieved a total of 932 points, 30 points ahead of the second-ranked operator and nearly 50 points ahead of the third-ranked operator, confirming its leading position on the Croatian telecommunications market.

In the voice services category, HT achieved 318.6 points, with particularly strong results in cities, where it scored 221.2 out of a possible 227.5 points, and on roads and highways. The operator also maintained its leading position in the data services segment, with a total of 613.7 points. In cities, HT scored 413.8 out of a possible 422.5 points, again recording the best results on roads and highways. A particularly strong performance was recorded in large cities, where HT ranked first in almost all analyzed areas, confirming consistently high mobile network quality and customer experience in urban environments.

“The fourth consecutive confirmation that we have the best mobile network in Croatia is the result of continuous investment in infrastructure, innovation and customer experience. These results confirm our commitment to delivering superior connectivity to citizens and business customers across Croatia, whether they are in large cities, smaller towns, or on the move,” said Ognjen Vukoslavović, Member of the Management Board and Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) at Hrvatski Telekom.
