Infobip has selected Clerk Chat as its top-tier Voice AI partner. This partnership will integrate Clerk Chat’s advanced conversational AI technology into Infobip’s global Voice infrastructure, which processes over 100 billion minutes of conversations annually across more than 195 countries.

The integration will enable enterprises to deliver seamless, intelligent voice interactions at unprecedented scale. It helps automate complex customer conversations while maintaining the human touch that drives meaningful engagement and satisfaction.

The partnership has already had success with the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams. With Clerk Chat and Infobip, the team launched the 2025-2026 season schedule to more than 10,000 fans who could purchase game-day tickets all within one channel, where Infobip enabled RCS. The team saw 60% growth in ticket sales and a 70% lift in engagement compared to traditional SMS.

Infobip and Clerk Chat’s broader partnership addresses growing demand from enterprises for scalable voice solutions that can handle complex queries, provide personalized responses, and seamlessly integrate with existing customer service workflows.
